Kettle Blitz Fitness with Barb

Get ready to swing, sweat, and feel the burn

Join Barb for a high-energy kettlebell class designed to build strength, boost cardio, and fire up your core in every session. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to get stronger and feel accomplished.

50+ Fun & Fitness

Move at your own pace to the music of you love.

A fun and interactive exercise class that’s gentle enough for the oldest souls. Our class starts with a warm up to get the blood flowing, and is then followed by a workout routine that can be done at any pace.

A slow down period after the workout allows for some gentle stretching and rejuvenation to start the rest of the day. All parts of the routine can be modified to almost all body types, aliments and limitations. It’s a great way to get moving, stay active and socialize!

Our classes will pause for the summer and resume in the fall. Our last class of the spring will be Wednesday, June 10th.
